Annealsys RTP Oven delivered to UWA

Coltronics delivers a Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) Oven to the University of Western Australia.

13th March 2007 -- ANNEALSYS (Montpellier, France) has delivered AS-One Rapid Thermal Profile furnace to the University of Western Australia, Perth. Local support is provided by COLTRONICS SYSTEMS, Sydney. AS-One are available as 4-inch and 6-inch versions for research applications and small-scale production. Cold wall chamber technology provides significant process advantages. Fast digital PID temperature controller, pyrometer and thermocouple are standard features.
