Service and Maintenance


Coltronics Systems aims to be able to provide installation, service, maintenance and application support for all of our product lines. Our Service team is supplier qualified and has undertaken training as provided by our tool and consumables suppliers to provide our customers with Australian based support.

Australian based support gives us the ability to respond to our customer's demands and support these products with quick response times and minimizing the costs involved with expensive international travel.

We are happy to provide these services on request.

1. Yearly Maintenance

2. Tool Repair (at our or your facilities).

3. Customer Training

Our Rates :

Standard Hourly Rate: $112.50 (plus GST) (minimum charge 4 hrs)

Travel hours charged at half the working rate.

Weekend or holiday hours charged at 1.5 times the standard rate.

Accommodation and travel expenses will be billed as per the cost incurred.

Freight, shipping and customs if applicable will be billed as incurred.

Spare parts used will also be additionally billed.
